From Natural Raw Material to Bulk-Ready Material.
At MSMS Rawat Bros, our quality process begins with the raw material itself. Pine bark and herbal raw materials are handled step by step according to their nature, required form and intended application.
Request Bulk EnquiryQuality is built into every stage.
Natural materials can vary in size, shape, moisture and physical condition. Our process is therefore focused on selecting suitable raw material, preparing it carefully, controlling the required size or form and maintaining proper handling until bulk supply.
Source
Suitable natural raw material is identified and sourced.
Prepare
Material is cleaned, selected, cut, dried or processed as required.
Grade
Material is separated according to size, form and requirement.

Pine Bark Processing
Pine bark is prepared according to the required product size and application. Some stages are manual, while suitable processing equipment may be used where size reduction or screening is required.
Raw Material Sourcing
Suitable pine bark material is sourced from the relevant supply channels. The incoming material is first observed for its general condition and suitability.
SourceInitial Selection
Material is selected according to the required product. Unsuitable pieces and unwanted foreign material are separated during preparation.

Selected pine bark can be manually cut and prepared into smaller pieces according to the required product form. This is an important part of our hands-on preparation.
Manual WorkOwn Processing Setup
Where required, the prepared bark is further processed using our own small-scale processing setup to achieve the required material form.
MSMS ProcessingScreening & Size Separation
